What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

It integrates really well into Outlook. And the fields and reporting are very easy to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

Not all of the fields are reportable. I'd also like to see Lat./Long. coordinates integrated for more efficient cold calling routes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Prophet CRM:

Getting setup and learning reporting took some time (but that would be the case for any CRM system). Prophet customer support is outstanding. Responses are always quick and thorough. I don't lean on Support much anymore but did in the beginning, and they've been key to our satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prophet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's been outstanding for providing 2 key reports for our team meetings each week: Won/Loss and Pipeline. These keep us on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
