What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

We have been able to automate our sales process and in turn we've saved a ton of time and have become more efficient thanks to Prophet CRM. The analytics have also allowed us to better track our KPI's and grow our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

There is a learning curve to learning the software but as soon as you understand how to utilize it, Prophet becomes a must have asset when performing daily CRM activites that our CRMs can't achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Prophet CRM:

If you are looking for a CRM that integrates with Outlook to tackle the mass amount of emails you get. Prophet CRM is high quality and I would recommend them to any sales department looking for a new CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prophet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration with Microsoft Outlook has allowed us to seamlessly connect our emails to the CRM and auto populate common emails. Ensuring that all emails are archived to a specific account and connecting all of the CRM processes to that accounts profile even if there are multiple opportunities.
