Prophet helps us reduce the time and energy necessary to feed the sales funnel tracking "beast." It keeps everyone happy with its reporting and forecasting functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?
Like any other tool, you need to use to be effective. Like the old saying goes, "If it's not in Prophet, it didn't happen!" Wish we were able to make address changes, etc, from the global screen instead of having to burrow into the root. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
