I love Prophet CRM's seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook, which automatically links every client email, calendar booking, and meeting transcript to the corresponding client project record, eliminating manual data entry. Its lightweight and fully customizable project pipeline design is perfect for our small team, allowing us to tailor each stage to match our consulting workflow. I appreciate the automated reminders for important deadlines, which save me hours of admin work weekly. The GDPR-friendly permission controls are crucial for restricting access to sensitive client data, and I can easily attach secure HDUK cloud folder links for centralized resource management. Unlike bulky CRMs, Prophet's streamlined features help keep our project management efficient and focused on automation delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Prophet CRM has major limitations in bulk editing and bulk tagging features, which create heavy repetitive manual work and hurt team efficiency, especially during our busy work cycles. We regularly receive batches of new leads and the system doesn't allow us to select all these entries to apply unified tags or reassign them in one bulk operation. Instead, we have to open each lead profile individually, which is tedious and time-consuming. This manual process is also a burden during quarterly wrap-ups and large project handovers when consistent archiving is needed. There is no bulk menu to apply uniform completion tags or reallocate project owners, forcing us to edit each one separately. These tedious tasks consume low-value administrative hours, raise the risk of human error, and can skew our performance reports, leading to extra time spent on corrections.
