What I enjoy about Property Shark is how comprehensive the data is. I can access ownership information, including deed and title records, and see how different ownership entities are linked. It also provides paperwork I can use to support ownership claims when I’m dealing with landlords and property management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only occasional downside has been the lack of coverage in some areas. When I compare it to a tool like Google Maps, some addresses still don’t have ownership information, even when they’re right next to other buildings that do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
