When looking at a tenants information, I can see if they have paid their rent, how much they have paid and the dates of previously paid rents. And with just a few clicks, I can see if they pay for parking, how much, if they have renters insurance. I can find out pretty much anything I might need to know with just a few clicks. When I search a tentants name, I think it would be helpful if it told me if they are in arrears and how much they owe. Sometimes it becomes a pain in the ass to go back and forth between the arreas section and the tenants info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
