What do you like best about Property Matrix?

While our portfolio of owners/investors is quite challenging, working with the team proved to be very beneficial as the initial set was almost perfect with a couple of minor tweaks. It's extremely easy to correct mistakes or make changes. Their service and support team are top notch with quick responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Property Matrix?

The only disadvantage so far is that we cannot drill down on numbers which the team is currently working on. I believe that the input from their customers is welcomed and helps them to create an even better program that fits everyone's needs and requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Property Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?

The tenant portal saves a lot of time by not having to breakdown charges and payments for tenants since they can now see this information; tenants paying directly on the portal eliminates our using another software program to collect the rent. Our old program no longer offered any support and the program they recommended took three steps to complete what we can do in one step on Property Matrix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
