What do you like best about Proofpoint Email Encryption?

I like how simple Proofpoint Email Encryption is. I just hit send on my email, and it automatically encrypts it if there's patient information or anything that needs it. This feature really makes the IT's job easier, especially when employees accidentally forget to send emails encrypted, as it has our back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Email Encryption?

The only thing I noticed with Proofpoint Email Encryption is that it sometimes encrypts emails that are just case numbers. For support calls, it can mistakenly encrypt them, thinking some of the numbers are sensitive information when they're not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Proofpoint Email Encryption to meet HIPAA requirements, automatically encrypting emails with patient info. It makes IT's job easier and ensures emails are encrypted without manual intervention, preventing accidental data leaks and having our back if sensitive info is included.
