We work with around 6-8 clients at the same time, and each one gets its own project with its own to-do lists, deadlines, files, and conversations. That might sound obvious, but many tools just throw everything together, and you have to figure out how to keep it organized yourself. Setting up a new client takes a few minutes, and our clients can log in and view the work themselves. They can leave comments, share feedback, and much more. We used to go back and forth over email for days to get a simple sign-off. That's mostly gone now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The notifications can be really overwhelming when you have a lot going on. There's no way to tell what actually needs my attention without opening each one. I've kinda started just checking them a few times a day instead of reading them as they come in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
