What do you like best about ProntoShare?

ProntoShare is used to share large files, such as videos, images, and audio recordings, that are too large to be sent as email attachments, and this helps us ensure that everyone has access to the same files regardless of size. We also use ProntoShare to share training materials, onboarding documents, and other important information with new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProntoShare?

Depending on the user, it could have a steep learning curve, and errors can be caused by the users, such as accidentally sharing files with the wrong people or deleting important files etc., if they are not adequately trained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProntoShare solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProntoShare has features such as version control, comments and activity tracking, making it a powerful tool for our teams. It also includes additional features such as file syncing, i.e., files can be automatically kept up to date across multiple devices, and users can access the most recent file version from any device.
