"Prompt Tracking and Citation Insights That Transform Content Planning"
5/5
What do you like best about Promptwatch?

The prompt tracking is what we actually log in for. We monitor 60 prompts around our category and we can finally see which ones surface us in ChatGPT and Perplexity versus which ones only ever return competitors that's the input we were missing when deciding what to write next. The Citations Analysis view is the part that changed our workflow: instead of guessing, we can see which page types and third-party sources are actually being pulled into answers, so our content briefs are now built backwards from citations rather than from keyword volume. Agent Analytics was the unexpected one. The UI is dense but readable, and share of voice plus sentiment per platform is something we now drop straight into our monthly reporting without reformatting anything. What do you dislike about Promptwatch?

There's a learning curve before the data becomes actionable. The dashboards give you a lot at once, and it took me a few days to figure out which views actually drive decisions versus which are just interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
