What do you like best about Prompt Health?

Prompt is already an incredibly user-friendly EMR, and the level of support available is amazing. The team at Prompt continues to listen to its users and keeps updating the product to make it even better. They have cracked the code on how to successfully utilize AI to enhance all aspects of the product. What do you dislike about Prompt Health?

Half-joking when I say this, but figuring out how to implement all the new tools can be challenging. We’ve had to completely blow up long-standing workflows as we adopt the tools that keep getting released. Even so, these changes have increased efficiency and created more capacity for team members to focus on more challenging areas. What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prompt has supported our entire client journey, from initial contact with the leads tracker to scheduling, intake, and ongoing schedule management (including online schedule refill), plan-of-care compliance, and more. Overall, our front office workflows have been redesigned in a way that feels much more efficient and organized.

On the clinical side, evaluations are far more streamlined. The AI intake and Sidekick support for documentation have been a game changer. Our note completion time continues to decrease, and documentation outside of work hours is now minimal.

Note compliance and overall operational reports are clear and available in real time, which helps us make the right adjustments quickly. Back office/RCM is also transparent and makes it easy to identify the highest-priority areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
