What do you like best about Prompt Health?

A complete solution for scaling my enterprise business. Support is super-fast and reliable making the user interface helpful and user centric. As an enterprise customer being able to integrate Prompt EMR into every new partnership requires precision, disciplined approach and a partner with a proven track record. M&A just works better with integrating Prompt. Therapists save valuable time for their families after hours because they don’t have notes to take home. What do you dislike about Prompt Health?

We value our partnership with Prompt and appreciate the team's responsiveness, willingness to collaborate, and continued investment in innovation. As we grow together, we see meaningful opportunities to further strengthen the platform and services for enterprise customers. Three areas stand out: RCM, where more proactive, data-driven solutions can improve collections and cash conversion; Authorizations and Benefits Verification, where continued workflow refinement can improve patient access, reduce denials, and enhance operational efficiency; and M&A Integrations, where more seamless data migration, particularly between existing Prompt users, can accelerate integration and preserve clinical and operational continuity. These are evolving capabilities, and we recognize the progress being made. We appreciate Prompt's openness to feedback and commitment to improvement. We are optimistic about the continued growth of our partnership and the opportunity to build solutions that create measurable value for patients, clinicians, and enterprise operators alike. What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a growing, multi-location outpatient rehabilitation organization, we rely on Prompt to improve clinical efficiency, streamline practice operations, and provide actionable business intelligence that supports better decision making. One of the most meaningful improvements has been clinical documentation efficiency, with our clinicians now closing notes in an average of 0.2 to 0.6 days. This allows our teams to spend less time managing documentation and more time focused on patient care. We are equally impressed by Prompt's responsiveness and commitment to innovation. Their support team is highly responsive, and their engineering team demonstrates a genuine interest in customer feedback. With product updates released approximately every two weeks, we see consistent progress and a willingness to turn feedback into meaningful improvements. The continued advancement of business intelligence, performance dashboards, and integrated AI coaching has elevated how we manage our business. We have greater visibility into clinical productivity, operational performance, and opportunities for improvement, allowing our leaders to make more informed, timely decisions. What stands out most is that Prompt is more than an EMR. It is becoming an increasingly valuable practice management and decision support platform.
