"Prompt EMR: Intuitive, Time-Saving AI, and Fast Support"

What do you like best about Prompt Health?

Our company has used several EMR's of the years and our switch to Prompt is one of the best decisions we made. Prompt EMR is easy to use with intuitive functions requiring little training when onboarding new staff. The AI features are helpful with reducing time spend with documentations and administrative tasks. Also, Prompt's support staff is very quick to respond with questions or issues. What do you dislike about Prompt Health?

Thankfully this does not occur often, but it is disruptive to business when the EMR is temporarily not able to be accessed due to system issues. It seems Prompt has been improving communication with clients when this occurs. Another area for improvement is the lack of communication when feature requests are made - an initial response is given however not much communication after that. What problems is Prompt Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI sidekick feature has significantly improved documentation compliance across the company. It also reduces the time required for our therapists to spend typing vs treating. The waitlist automation and online scheduling is helpful with sending patients waitlist invites without our staff needing to pick up the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
