What do you like best about Promo2Go?

It creates, compares, and adjusts plans faster, easier, and more accurately. You can easily view how every plan is constructed. It efficiently shares information across teams and departments. It is most definitely headed in the right direction. All it needs is just a little fine-tuning, which would benefit the application greatly. Sometimes just taking the time to review what works and what does not work sends you in the right direction. Diligence and hard work pay off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Promo2Go?

Customer service is slow to answer and help with programming issues. It sometimes freezes in the middle of end-of-day reports, which makes a vast difference in inefficiency. They are making strides with glitches but slower than is beneficial. No one seems to want to take the time to overhaul the application and fix what doesn't work. Recommendations to others considering Promo2Go:

I would recommend Promo2Go, but a caution for the buyer to read everything they can get their hands on concerning the product. It makes sense to know all the pros and cons before committing yourself to a purchase of this magnitude.
