What do you like best about Prometora?

What I appreciate most about Prometora is that it has allowed me to turn my business idea into an actual functioning marketplace without needing a background in coding or software development.

I’m currently building TidyLink, a marketplace connecting independent cleaners with customers, and Prometora has given me the tools and flexibility to customize the platform around my business model.

What truly stands out, however, is the customer support. Rasmus has been incredibly responsive, patient, and receptive to feedback throughout the process. Whenever I’ve encountered challenges or needed help implementing something, he’s been willing to assist and explore solutions.

What do you dislike about Prometora?

At this point, I genuinely don’t have anything negative to say about Prometora. Whenever I’ve encountered a limitation or wanted to introduce a new feature, Rasmus has been incredibly receptive and willing to explore changes or improvements to accommodate my business needs.

What I appreciate most is that feedback doesn’t feel like it’s falling on deaf ears. There’s a genuine willingness to listen, adapt, and continuously improve the platform. What problems is Prometora solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prometora is solving one of the biggest challenges I faced as an entrepreneur: building a fully functional online marketplace without the technical expertise or financial resources typically required for custom software development.

I’m building TidyLink, a platform that connects independent cleaning professionals with customers. Prometora has allowed me to establish the foundation of my business by providing essential marketplace features such as seller registration, service listings, booking capabilities, payment integration, and customizable workflows.

Instead of spending thousands of dollars hiring developers or building a platform from scratch, I’ve been able to focus my time and resources on recruiting cleaners, improving the customer experience, and growing my business.
