What do you like best about Prometora?

Prometora let us go from a stalled self-hosted build to a working online marketplace without a developer. It's a properly no-code platform, packed with features you'd otherwise be stitching together from multiple plugins or services. The front end is modern and responsive out of the box rather than something you have to fight into shape.

The standout, though, is the support. We had a feature requirement that wasn't in the product. One email to support asking what they needed to know, and within two days the feature had landed, not just as we'd described it, but extended in a way we hadn't even thought of, with the documentation for it published at the same time. That isn't how a typical software vendor behaves. That's a business partner who wants you to succeed, and it makes the whole thing a win-win. Highly recommend! What do you dislike about Prometora?

Very little, and what there is has been openly acknowledged as roadmap items rather than brushed off. If your looking for full on developer customisation or integration's this platform is not for you, but then thats quite clear on the product website of who this service is for. If you're looking for a feature packed suite to get up and running in a 'no-code' setup then this is the service for you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prometora solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prometora removes the technical barrier to launching a marketplace. Instead of commissioning a custom build or maintaining a self-hosted platform, we get listings, multi-vendor checkout, bookings, seller onboarding and verification, payouts and subscriptions in one hosted product, live in weeks rather than months, with no development or hosting overhead to carry.

The benefit is speed and focus. We can put our time into building supply, partnerships and marketing rather than into code, and the platform is flexible enough that we can adjust the model as we learn from real users rather than being locked into decisions made at build time.
