What do you like best about ProManage?

ProManage has been great for our clinic.

Managing my location and offerings was starting to stretch for me.

Since we onboarded with ProManage, everything feels more structured, easier to track, and a lot more automated.

The platform is user friendly.

We use microsites for our location, they now act as our landing pages on Google and drive real appointments and walk-ins.

The onboarding experience was also standout, the ProManage team took ownership and didn’t just hand over a playbook.

What do you dislike about ProManage?

We had a mix of issues such as some listings had outdated photos or incorrect hours

We missed replying to reviews on time, and no centralized way to measure performance.

Today listings are verified and locked via brand protection, with no hijacks or random updates

Every review is replied to within hours, thanks to their AI replies

Competitor tracking helps us adjust where we're losing share
