What do you like best about ProLiant?

What I like most about Proliant is the ability to manage multiple HR and payroll functions within one platform. Having payroll, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and reporting centralized helps streamline our processes and reduces the need to work across multiple systems.

The platform also provides flexibility as our organization continues to grow, while giving our HR team better visibility into employee information and day-to-day operations. What do you dislike about ProLiant?

One area where Proliant could improve is its Learning Management System (LMS). While it offers basic training functionality, it's not as robust as a dedicated LMS platform. More flexibility in course creation, learning paths, reporting, and tracking employee development would make it a more valuable tool, particularly for growing organizations with more complex training needs. What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Proliant helps us streamline HR and payroll operations by bringing multiple functions together in one platform. One of the biggest benefits is supporting compliance with state-specific employment and payroll regulations, particularly as we operate across multiple states. The ability to audit payroll, review employee records, and maintain visibility into payroll activity also helps us identify discrepancies, improve accuracy, and maintain accountability.
