What do you like best about Projetly?

Projetly gives us a structured way to manage projects and product adoption in one place. As a growing product like Beni, it’s important for us to make sure users quickly understand the app and start getting real value from it. Projetly helps us plan and organize onboarding journeys, track user progress, and collaborate internally without losing context along the way. What do you dislike about Projetly?

The platform works well overall. However, adding integrations with channels like WhatsApp could make communication with users more seamless, especially for mobile-first products. It would also help improve engagement during onboarding and ongoing support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Projetly solving and how is that benefiting you?

For a product like Beni, it’s critical that B2B users adopt the APIs and web app and understand the value quickly. Before using Projetly, our onboarding and user engagement efforts were fragmented across multiple tools, which made it harder to keep everything consistent. Projetly has helped us centralize onboarding workflows, track user progress more clearly, and stay on top of timely follow-ups.
