What do you like best about Projectworks?

Managing resourcing, project forecasting, and profitability is straightforward. All project leaders can manage their own project resourcing and finances, which brings clear visibility across the overall practice. It also makes it easy to spot and address any over- or under-resourcing, as well as handle any budget overruns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Projectworks?

We have a couple of issues with the software. First, there’s a lack of integration with our accounting software, MYOB. Second, the reporting currently includes subconsultant fees; we’d like the ability to filter reports so they do not include subconsultants, and to view comparisons based on our own invoicing. What problems is Projectworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Projectworks has improved our resource management and made it clearer, easier, and faster to manage overall. It’s saving us time across the practice. It has also strengthened our project financial management, allowing us to adjust a project’s financial direction when needed, seek variations, or change resourcing.
