I found ProjectBIOS.com to be very intuitive and easy to learn even without using any of the tutorials found on their site. Adding projects, departments, and team members was easy and it was setup in no time. Visual representation via graphs look great and quickly show the number of projects in various statuses. Sorting and Filtering is easy and you can get to the data you need right away. Overall, I feel ProjectBIOS.com is a strong offering and would be a good choice for any business. I would love to see an agile board added in addition to what is currently there. While projects are easy to filter and sort to present to leadership, having a separate agile board would be helpful for manager type roles dealing with the fine details.

Additionally, some simple tooltips may be beneficial to newer users and help learn the system quicker. Some of the icons used were not immediately recognizable as to what is being done.
