I really appreciate how efficient Project Insight is for our department. We really like the dashboard reporting side of it because it's highly customizable compared to other tools. It gives us bigger visibility, especially for leadership, breaking down to the tiniest project. I also use it to predict our future budgets and manage capacity resource-wise, and it has helped streamline a lot of things. It's very user-friendly, quick, and easy to learn. The exceptional trainings and the ongoing support from the leadership in sync with our implementation process are fantastic. The initial setup was smooth due to their prior government experience, and they were clear from the start about what was needed from us. I find their organization and support very assuring.
