I am able to consolidate some of our field service desks with the help of this ProgressionLIVE software. It enables us to generate and send the electronic work orders and thereby facilitate interaction between the dispatchers and field technicians. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting is not comprehensive and is somewhat limited within the platform of ProgressionLIVE. Recurrent generation of detailed reports on things such as the technicians’ performance, amount of time taken to complete a job among others can be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
