Building a career progression framework is an incredibly important project, but it's an enormous overhaul - Progression makes it feel like a fraction of the work if you were trying to do this from scratch. The AI tool they have is super helpful and easy to use once you get the hang of it. They've got an incredibly fair pricing point and extremely helpful customer service. They saved us months of work. When the AI tool errors out, it doesn't save what you've inputted. However, we've shared this feedback and I know they are working continually to improve the AI experience and this doesn't happen often enough to deter me using the product.
