I like Progress WhatsUp Gold because its interface is user-friendly and easy to use. Implementing it was quite easy, and it supports various types of assets. It facilitates monitoring our assets, allows us to add new assets, and customize what we need to monitor. Auto assets discovery is something to improve, while it works for most of the assets but sometimes it doesn't pull accurate information or details. Also, I was hoping if Progress WhatsUp Gold could be integrated with ServiceNow to automatically open incidents for critical issues or integrate with MS Teams to create a dedicated chat for an incident.
