They changed their support tiers, so you now have to pay more for the support you used to receive as part of your plan. The response times are now slower, which can be frustrating. It is rather expensive in general. We had custom functionality added by a Sitefinity partner, so upgrading Sitefinity can be somewhat problematic as the custom functionality can break in the process. In Singapore, you either get Web sparks which cost quite a bit or other vendors who are not necessarily as well skilled. So the cost of investment can be very high.
