This ease of use makes it quite impactful for the audience experience, providing them with content tailored to their needs. I also like the widget-based page builder. Our content editors can arrange pages independently without requiring a developer’s help every time they need to move something, which saves a lot of time. I think the licensing cost is significant, and the pricing tiers aren't very transparent upfront. You really need to go through a sales conversation before you understand what you're actually paying for. The UI, while functional, feels outdated in some areas compared to newer CMS platforms. Some of the more advanced configurations still require developer involvement, even when it feels like they shouldn't. Documentation is decent but can lag behind when new features are rolled out.
