I love the secure file request link for client intake, and I also enjoy having folder permissions for each client. I like keeping sensitive treatment photos in a dedicated, access-controlled place instead of a general photo gallery or shared drive. It helps keep the photos private, gives clients confidence, and gives me a defensible answer when they ask how their data is handled. I use mobile uploads every day to capture before-and-after treatment photos on my phone and upload them straight to the client folder without extra steps. Setup was quite easy for users at any level. My first client intake link went out within half a day, and client intake and photo records now follow an established routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the mobile interface got more attention. It feels great for desktop users, but the mobile experience feels like a secondary consideration. I’m on my phone between treatments, and a clearer mobile view for uploading and finding client files would make daily use faster. File organization also takes discipline with dozens of active clients, and folders can quickly become hard to navigate without a strict naming convention. Smarter organization tools like client search or tagging would reduce the mental overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
