I like being able to control sharing links with access restrictions and expiration settings. Folder-level access control is very useful: I can organize documents by client and limit who can access each folder, so we can collaborate without making every client’s material available to the whole team and keep privacy easier. File requests give clients a direct upload route and keep submissions together, which makes intake easier to track and avoids repeated email follow-ups. Basic sharing setup was straightforward; it took me an afternoon to create folders, invite users, and test external access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find permission management takes careful checking as folders and collaborators increase, and I need to confirm each person has the intended access. A clearer summary of effective access before sharing would make reviews quicker and reduce uncertainty. Desktop synchronization can also require troubleshooting when a local file doesn’t appear where I expect it; I need to check its status before assuming a colleague can see it. A more prominent status indicator and clearer recovery instructions would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
