I love Progress ShareFile’s built-in e-signature with document delivery. I can upload a completed return to the client folder and send it for signature without switching to a separate e-sign tool. Clients can review and sign in the same portal they used to upload their documents, keeping everything in one place. That cut our return delivery time from days to hours because clients weren’t confused by a second platform. I find bulk operations quite tedious. Moving, renaming, and updating permissions across large batches of client folders is painfully slow, and rolling forward folder structures for hundreds of clients takes hours of repetitive clicking through the web interface. I’d like bulk folder management tools for batch renaming, permission templates, and rolling forward folder structures.
