What do you like best about Progress Podio?

I like that I can customize what information I capture for each project. So I use this for marketing, project management, personal use (like to plan vacations and estate planning). It is an archive I can share with my partner, my husband, clients, collaborators and anyone else "needs to know". . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Podio?

Some of the terms and organization features are a little confusing at first. Just like anything complex, it takes a while to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Progress Podio:

Definitely use the Globiflow interface. When they merged/acquired Globiflow, it improved the functionality exponentially. Globiflow takes some time to get used to as well but investing the time up from will save you HOURS in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Along with the workflow manager (GlobiFlow), I've automated a lot of my business systems including interest followup, proposals, and project management. And I've just scratched the surface. I suspect it can be used for whatever you dream up because it is that FLEXIBLE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
