I mostly used it for project and task management, and it was great. It is more like Microsoft Access. There are several apps available in their marketplace meeting almost all basic requirements. And it can be customized, map one to another. One can start using it immediately. **What do you dislike about Progress Podio?** UI remains mostly the same for all apps and data feeding. It takes some time to get used to it. If this can be customized by a few templates, app would be really really good. There are a lot of technical limitations, when it comes to structuring your apps. For example, you need to duplicate a lot of your data across multiple apps if you want to use proper filters.
