What do you like best about Progress Podio?

Podio is very flexible in allowing you to customize the fields you need and in mapping different tables (apps) together via relationships. There are thousands of apps already made, or you can design from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Podio?

As with most small priced CRMs, the reporting is minimal. Our firm is still relatively new to Podio (2 months), but it appears I will have to export the data and message in excel/access to get the robust reporting I want. There may be a way to do it through Globiflow, but I havent got there yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Progress Podio:

What problems is Progress Podio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using ACT, which was working well as far as simplictity. With Podio, I can now import all my data in before doing direct mail campaigns so the data is available when respondents call in. Obviouly, the system helps us manage and track all incoming leads, and schedule appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
