It takes a lot of work to design the right setup. There are a lot of technical limitations, when it comes to structuring your apps. For example, you need to duplicate a lot of your data across multiple apps if you want to use proper filters. Let me start by pointing about how efficient it was for us when we switched from google sheet , truely game changer . The change in amount of time taken while managing tasks , assignment , tracking is quite noticeable.

We could easily configure the automation process according to our need and the customer support is quite responsive and helped us sorting problem in integrating a particular app.

Our clients need us to manage projects related to managing inventories and complex datas which we find very easy to do with podio , before that we were using excel sheet and google docs for managing tasks which was very limited but podio really solved our problems .

The customer support i find it to be really helpful and responsive a high five for that and the automation features can be customized according to my need is very impressive .Totally fits in our budget , has a little bit of leaning curve if you are new to this but result is amazing so totally worth it .
