What do you like best about Progress Agentic RAG?

I find Progress Agentic RAG to be a truly great solution that works extremely well. It offers plenty of different options that can adapt to any use case, and it works out of the box very well, already delivering great results. Plus, if you want to go deeper, you can definitely improve your particular needs by fine-tuning the model even further to improve specific things you need in your use case. The support from the Progress team is fantastic. They have been helping us immensely in setting things up, taking the right architectural decisions and sharing their knowledge on how to approach certain use cases. What do you dislike about Progress Agentic RAG?

Maybe adding a bit more options into the visibility of what users are doing, what they are struggling with, and what problems they're facing. That can maybe help to have a better user experience for people administering the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Progress Agentic RAG for all my company’s use cases involving documents, videos, and PDFs. It provides multiple options to adapt to different needs and works out of the box, consistently delivering great results.
