We’ve been able to decommission a number of tools since adopting this. We love having project management, procurement, and invoicing all in the same place, which makes everything feel much more streamlined. The customer portal was also a key selling point for us. The contact list and its integration within the tool could be more robust. We’re a large firm, and we struggle with not having a dedicated place to store our trade discounts for vendors and then have those discounts auto-populate in the procurement section. I also dislike that you can’t add hyperlinks in presentations, meeting notes, or tasks. Lastly, we need the budget portion of Programa to be more robust. I need to be able to enter a budget for each client to work against. I don’t want the budget to build as I build a schedule; I want the schedule to work against the budget. Your feedback is exactly the kind we want from larger firms. The trade discounts point is a sharp one, storing them once and having them auto-apply in procurement makes total sense at your scale. And the budget framing stuck with me: the schedule should work against the budget, not build it.
