The product is constantly developing: new features, new AI model integrations become available day to day those become available though vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), better workflow design. The ability to integrate Profound with the project management tools we use every day such as Slack. And what is the most important all that are not just features – it's the toolkit that help us and our clients get proper AI exposure we need. The last thing to mention here is the support / onboarding materials available as Profound is not the easiest too to work with (which is good – otherwise our clients would have worked with Profound directly, haha) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having experience building similar workflows in-house, the pricing feels a bit high. Yet, considering that we don' have to do n8n, codex/claude skill maintenance on the same level – we are actually saving on operation costs and we are able to concentrate purely in performance and delivering results – AI visibility.
