What I like most about Profisee is the flexibility it offers for managing multiple master data domains and enforcing governance through business rules, workflows, and data quality controls. It allows us to centralize master data management while still accommodating different business processes and integration requirements. Some parts of the platform have a steeper learning curve than I expected, especially when it comes to configuration, troubleshooting, and understanding how different rules, workflows, and integrations interact with one another. A number of administrative and technical tasks require deeper platform knowledge than business users or new administrators may anticipate at first. If usability were improved, troubleshooting were more transparent, and configuration were made more intuitive, the overall experience would be noticeably stronger.
