What I like most is the flexibility of the data modeling, especially when working with complex hierarchies and relationships. The match & merge capabilities have become very solid in recent releases, and the built-in data quality features keep getting better. I also appreciate how easily we can integrate Profisee into our existing architecture through APIs and DB access. On top of that, the AI capabilities introduced with Aisey are simply fantastic. They add a whole new level of flexibility and make tasks that traditionally required significant manual effort much easier and faster. There are a few areas I’d like to see improved. Upgrading between major versions can be challenging at times and often requires careful planning. Advanced workflows and approval processes could also be easier to configure and troubleshoot. In addition, error messages and the technical documentation could be more detailed, especially when working with APIs or more complex configurations.
