What do you like best about Profisee?

Profisee offers solid support and integrations. The UI/UX is well designed, and its master data management capabilities are strong and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Profisee?

It struggles with performance, especially when handling large volumes of data. It also doesn’t have strong real-time connectors with SAP. Its AI agents still feel like they’re in the early stages, with AiSey only just introduced. It needs reusable templates for data enrichment, data mastering and survivorship, and data stewardship, along with better integration with data cataloguing/DG tools such as Azure Purview or Collibra. What problems is Profisee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Data mastering and data enrichment, including golden/authoritative data creation for domains such as customers, consumers, suppliers, products, materials, etc. Data quality is heavily reliant on Melissa; it would be great if this were built into the Profisee platform. The rules are also not customizable—if customization could be added for merge, match, and survivorship, that would be a big improvement.
