I like that Productsup is easy to learn with a quick learning curve. The ease of integration is impressive, and the high level of support provided is outstanding. There are some limitations on lines processed and how to set up monitoring. There is a limitation with regards to the payment model on how many lines you can process. With large merged datasets, you run a risk of exceeding the limits and need to pay for overages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
