What do you like best about Productive?

The UI is interactive, and with just one click I can submit the hours. Rectification is also easy, and the memos are the best way to track the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Productive?

When a time entry is accepted or approved, it isn’t clearly indicated which timesheet week has been approved. This could be improved by making the approved week more obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Productive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Productive helps us track time accurately across projects and clients. Before this, timesheets were scattered, easy to forget, and hard to reconcile—so reporting and billing were often delayed or incomplete. It also gives us one place to log hours, see what’s billable, and keep project effort visible instead of chasing people for updates.

How is that benefiting you?

It saves time on admin, makes my weekly timesheets faster and more consistent, and reduces back-and-forth about missing or unclear entries. I can see where my time is going, stay accountable to project estimates, and the team gets cleaner data for utilization and client reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
