What I like most is having everything in one place. Users can share feedback, while I can publish my roadmap, changelog, and surveys. Everything stays connected, the AI features are useful, and the interface is genuinely enjoyable to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, there isn’t much I dislike. As far as I can tell, users can only submit text when reporting bugs. Being able to attach screenshots would make it much easier to understand and resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
