What do you like best about Productboard?
Connects with Intercom well and helps to collate multiple customer insights from various sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Productboard?
I'm not sure of its real value, it's always looking backwards. Maybe it adds value for simpler tools but for us, it's a tough sell. It doesn't really tell us what to do next, which is OK, we have PM's for that, but then... what is it really doing for us? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
