I really like the lightweight UI/UX and great speed of Productboard, which makes it super easy to collaborate with other product managers and engineering teams on roadmaps and tracking PRDs. Additionally, the integration with Slack is a huge plus, allowing me to work in Productboard via Slack and making the user experience quite frictionless. These features have significantly accelerated the pace of innovation for our team, as earlier it was difficult to collaborate across multiple PMs, but now everyone can easily see and provide input on each other's work.
