Product Fruits gives us a very clean, intuitive UI/UX that makes it easy for non‑technical teams to build in‑app tours, hints, tooltips, checklists and more without cluttering our own interface.
For more complex user journeys, the new Flows feature with advanced branching logic is very powerful and allows us to design guided experiences that adapt to different paths and scenarios.
The pricing feels fair for the amount of guidance we can centralize in one place. Support and onboarding from the Product Fruits team have been very responsive and hands‑on. We only use the AI capabilities in a limited way so far, but the knowledge‑base driven answers and AI‑assisted content creation are already helpful rather than gimmicky. I don’t have any major dislikes so far – the main area for improvement would be around knowledge‑source integrations. It would be very helpful if Product Fruits made it easier to plug in and combine multiple help centers and internal documentation systems, and to clearly prioritize which source the AI and in‑app content should use for answers.
