**What do you like best about Procurify?**

Procurify is most helpful as a centralised purchasing and spend management platform that brings visibility, control, and efficiency to the procurement process. One of its strongest benefits is how it simplifies purchase requests and approvals, making it easy for staff to submit requests while giving managers clear oversight and control over spending.
A major upside of using Procurify is its real-time budget tracking. Teams can see exactly where money is being spent and how much budget remains, which helps prevent overspending and supports better financial decision-making. This transparency is especially valuable for organisations that need strong cost control and accountability.
Another key advantage is the streamlined approval workflow. Approval chains can be customised, ensuring the right people sign off at the right stage. This reduces delays, cuts down on email back-and-forth, and ensures compliance with internal purchasing policies.
Procurify also improves vendor and purchase order management. All purchase orders, receipts, and supplier details are stored in one place, making audits, reporting, and reconciliations far easier. This centralisation saves time and reduces the risk of errors or lost documentation.

One of the main downsides of Procurify is that it can feel time-consuming for simple purchases, as the approval workflows add extra steps that may slow things down. While this improves control, it can be frustrating for urgent or low-value requests.
Another limitation is that customisation can be restricted, particularly for organisations with complex procurement processes. Some users may find it doesn’t fully match their internal workflows without manual workarounds.
Additionally, reporting features, while useful, can be basic compared to more advanced finance systems, meaning deeper analysis sometimes requires exporting data elsewhere.
Finally, there can be a learning curve for new users, especially those unfamiliar with procurement systems, although this improves with regular use.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

What I like best about Procurify is its easy-to-use interface. It is very intuitive and makes tracking expenses by department or vendor a breeze. The platform is simple to navigate, which saves time and makes the overall expense management process much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I have yet to find anything I dislike about Procurify.  Anytime there's an issue or concern, Procurify is quick to respond and is always looking for ways to improve the system.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify helps solve the problem of scattered and hard-to-track purchasing and expense processes. Instead of managing requests, approvals, and spending details through emails or separate spreadsheets, everything is organized in one place. This makes it much easier to track expenses by department or vendor, improve visibility into spending, and keep approvals moving smoothly. For me, the biggest benefit is saving time and having a clearer view of where money is going, which makes budgeting and expense management much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I use Procurify to make all my company purchases for my campus. I like that it's easy to use. I'm able to look up items at a moment's glance, and it keeps a record of everything for me. I when was the last time I processed a payment. It's easy to use, I easy to verify and look up using the vendor's name. I'm able to close orders once things are received, and I like that. All the records are kept efficiently for me, so I can look over them once I'm done with the month's purchases. I just need my receipts reconciled, and all orders are kept track of. I can see if I have a similar order and repurchase it or reprocess it.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

{"I would just like to learn more about it so I can see what else I can use it for.","More about record tracking and what would make it easier for me to use it more often.","I want a way that I can just hit reorder for items that I frequently use.","One of the things that is difficult is when I'm putting an order in and if I take too long on the order. I submit it and it does not show up on Procurify.","It simply disappears. I don't get an error message or timeout message. It just doesn't show up.","It happens frequently if I'm too long with the application open.","I literally have to create a new order and go through the whole process again, and then go back to the old order and cancel the old order because it's still in a record."}

I use Procurify to make all my company purchases. It's easy to use, lets me look up items at a moment's glance, and keeps record of everything. I can close orders once things are received and check past orders to reprocess them.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

What I like best about Procurify is how easy it is to use while still providing strong control over the purchasing process. The approval workflows are intuitive and help keep everyone accountable without slowing things down. I also appreciate the real-time budget visibility, which makes it easier to track spending and avoid surprises. The interface is clean, the mobile app makes approvals convenient when I'm away from my desk, and the customer support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. Overall, Procurify has made our procurement process more organized, transparent, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

One aspect I dislike about Procurify is the pricing structure. Many of the features are offered as separate modules that require additional licensing costs, which can make the overall investment add up quickly. While the platform offers great functionality, it would be nice if more features were included in the base package so organizations could take full advantage of the system without purchasing multiple add-on modules.

Procurify has helped us solve several procurement challenges, including inconsistent purchasing processes, limited visibility into company spending, and slow approval cycles. By centralizing purchase requests, approvals, and purchase orders in one platform, we've improved accountability and ensured purchases follow our organization's policies. **What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like how the software prompts me to fill in missing sections with intuitive drop down menus, and helps me give the team everything they need to get the products I want in my hands as fast as possible. I've never needed to ask for support after being trained on the company codes since the software explains everything very well after onboarding, and also runs well when using the CSV order filling format for our larger, repetitive orders, preventing us from having to put each item in manually.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Sometimes the software drops the account code when importing from trusted suppliers like McMaster-Carr or Amazon, meaning I have to fill it out twice. I also dislike that there is no way to blanket-apply account codes outside of the individual items, as it's often that not every item needs it's own code and more that the whole order fits within a general labelling structure.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to easily talk with the procurement team and see what's happening with my orders. It would be really helpful if there was a way to track the ETA of orders without having to hunt down the procurement team, though.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

Procurify allows you to centralise your procurement system, integrating both expenses and order requests so you can accurately track and review performance across a number of different areas of the business. The reporting is very detailed and easy to use, which helps the business review ROI on certain projects and streamline pricing. The support team are available around the clock and are very proactive about making improvements and assisting with any queries when using the system

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

There are some drawbacks that, unfortunately, can’t be changed. Once an order is receipted in the system, there’s no way to make any edits. It’s also easy to duplicate orders, which can cause reporting information to become less accurate. As a result, it takes a lot of time to clean the system up and remove orders that were entered in error or duplicated.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like that Procurify is self-sufficient and easy to use, with just clicks of buttons. It's not a hard thing, and I don't have to search for anything. I can type something in quickly, and it'll pop up, allowing me to easily select from a dropdown menu. These features make it easy for anyone starting as a manager or someone using the website to click and find the things they need without going through a bunch of tabs. Setting up the account was pretty easy, and the tutorial on how to use it was way easier than I thought it would be, making the initial learning process very simple. I would definitely recommend it because it's easy, it's fast, and anyone can learn it. They have great communication skills if you need chat support or any kind of help.

Procurify makes ordering uniforms and day-to-day items easy. It's self-sufficient, requiring just clicks without having to search or navigate many tabs.

I like Procurify for easy access to ordering supplies and appreciate the quick responses it provides. The communication routes are good, making the whole process smoother. I particularly enjoy how user-friendly the interface is, making it easy to navigate around the website. The initial setup was very easy too, which was a big plus.

I'd like to have the option in procurement to only see my orders instead of everybody's orders.

Procurify gives me easy access, quick responses, and good communication routes for ordering supplies. It also improves traceability and trackability compared to using paper.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

Procurify is very easy to use, and the user interface is straightforward as well. I really like how it syncs with multiple user accounts. It’s also simple to create purchase orders and import orders. Overall, it doesn’t feel cluttered with too many buttons or anything overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I have not found any bugs or glitches with Procurify. Any schedule maintenance or issues have not affected me and I hope it remains that way. Every time i need to use the platform it is up and running.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve our bookkeeping needs by tracking expenses and orders. It also serves as a hub for multiple markets within the company to place purchases and monitor order status in one place. Overall, it makes budgeting easier across multiple accounts and keeps everything more organized.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

Procurify is very easy to use and has really streamlined our purchase order process. It offers plenty of automated features that make it simpler to create requests, receive items, and approve purchases.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I have not experienced real downsides but it would be good if there was more flexibility with PunchOut Suppliers.   We currently only have one setup.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify has completely changed how we manage purchases and reconcile orders. Before implementing Procurify, we relied on spreadsheets and handled everything manually. With Procurify, we’ve streamlined our processes for ordering, budgeting, and vendor management, which has made our workflow much more organized. Procurify is also compatible with the systems used by our Finance Consultants, making it easier to stay aligned across teams.
