**What do you like best about Procurify?**

Procurify is most helpful as a centralised purchasing and spend management platform that brings visibility, control, and efficiency to the procurement process. One of its strongest benefits is how it simplifies purchase requests and approvals, making it easy for staff to submit requests while giving managers clear oversight and control over spending.
A major upside of using Procurify is its real-time budget tracking. Teams can see exactly where money is being spent and how much budget remains, which helps prevent overspending and supports better financial decision-making. This transparency is especially valuable for organisations that need strong cost control and accountability.
Another key advantage is the streamlined approval workflow. Approval chains can be customised, ensuring the right people sign off at the right stage. This reduces delays, cuts down on email back-and-forth, and ensures compliance with internal purchasing policies.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

What I like best about Procurify is its easy-to-use interface. It is very intuitive and makes tracking expenses by department or vendor a breeze. The platform is simple to navigate, which saves time and makes the overall expense management process much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I have yet to find anything I dislike about Procurify.  Anytime there's an issue or concern, Procurify is quick to respond and is always looking for ways to improve the system.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify helps solve the problem of scattered and hard-to-track purchasing and expense processes. Instead of managing requests, approvals, and spending details through emails or separate spreadsheets, everything is organized in one place. This makes it much easier to track expenses by department or vendor, improve visibility into spending, and keep approvals moving smoothly. For me, the biggest benefit is saving time and having a clearer view of where money is going, which makes budgeting and expense management much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I use Procurify to make all my company purchases for my campus. I like that it's easy to use. I'm able to look up items at a moment's glance, and it keeps a record of everything for me. I when was the last time I processed a payment. It's easy to use, I easy to verify and look up using the vendor's name. I'm able to close orders once things are received, and I like that. All the records are kept efficiently for me, so I can look over them once I'm done with the month's purchases. I just need my receipts reconciled, and all orders are kept track of. I can see if I have a similar order and repurchase it or reprocess it.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

{"I would just like to learn more about it so I can see what else I can use it for.","More about record tracking and what would make it easier for me to use it more often.","I want a way that I can just hit reorder for items that I frequently use.","One of the things that is difficult is when I'm putting an order in and if I take too long on the order. I submit it and it does not show up on Procurify.","It simply disappears. I don't get an error message or timeout message. What I like best about Procurify is how easy it is to use while still providing strong control over the purchasing process. The interface is clean, the mobile app makes approvals convenient when I'm away from my desk, and the customer support team has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. **What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like how the software prompts me to fill in missing sections with intuitive drop down menus, and helps me give the team everything they need to get the products I want in my hands as fast as possible. I've never needed to ask for support after being trained on the company codes since the software explains everything very well after onboarding, and also runs well when using the CSV order filling format for our larger, repetitive orders, preventing us from having to put each item in manually.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Sometimes the software drops the account code when importing from trusted suppliers like McMaster-Carr or Amazon, meaning I have to fill it out twice. I also dislike that there is no way to blanket-apply account codes outside of the individual items, as it's often that not every item needs it's own code and more that the whole order fits within a general labelling structure.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to easily talk with the procurement team and see what's happening with my orders. It would be really helpful if there was a way to track the ETA of orders without having to hunt down the procurement team, though.

Procurify allows you to centralise your procurement system, integrating both expenses and order requests so you can accurately track and review performance across a number of different areas of the business. The reporting is very detailed and easy to use, which helps the business review ROI on certain projects and streamline pricing. The support team are available around the clock and are very proactive about making improvements and assisting with any queries when using the system

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

There are some drawbacks that, unfortunately, can’t be changed. Once an order is receipted in the system, there’s no way to make any edits. It’s also easy to duplicate orders, which can cause reporting information to become less accurate. As a result, it takes a lot of time to clean the system up and remove orders that were entered in error or duplicated.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like that Procurify is self-sufficient and easy to use, with just clicks of buttons. It's not a hard thing, and I don't have to search for anything. I can type something in quickly, and it'll pop up, allowing me to easily select from a dropdown menu. These features make it easy for anyone starting as a manager or someone using the website to click and find the things they need without going through a bunch of tabs. Setting up the account was pretty easy, and the tutorial on how to use it was way easier than I thought it would be, making the initial learning process very simple. I would definitely recommend it because it's easy, it's fast, and anyone can learn it. They have great communication skills if you need chat support or any kind of help.

Procurify is very easy to use, and the user interface is straightforward as well. I really like how it syncs with multiple user accounts. It’s also simple to create purchase orders and import orders. Overall, it doesn’t feel cluttered with too many buttons or anything overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I have not found any bugs or glitches with Procurify. Any schedule maintenance or issues have not affected me and I hope it remains that way. Every time i need to use the platform it is up and running.

Procurify is very easy to use and has really streamlined our purchase order process. It offers plenty of automated features that make it simpler to create requests, receive items, and approve purchases.

I have not experienced real downsides but it would be good if there was more flexibility with PunchOut Suppliers.   We currently only have one setup.

Procurify has completely changed how we manage purchases and reconcile orders. Before implementing Procurify, we relied on spreadsheets and handled everything manually. With Procurify, we’ve streamlined our processes for ordering, budgeting, and vendor management, which has made our workflow much more organized. Procurify is also compatible with the systems used by our Finance Consultants, making it easier to stay aligned across teams.

What I like best about Procurify is that it makes buying and paying for things simple and organized. You can create purchase requests, send them for approval, generate purchase orders, track budgets and spending, manage vendors, process invoices and payments, and record all expenses in one place, which helps keep everything clear and easy to manage.

One thing I dislike about Procurify is that it can sometimes feel slow or take many steps to complete simple tasks. The approval process may take time, searching for old requests or POs is not always easy, and if information is entered wrong, fixing it can be confusing. It works well overall, but it could be faster and simpler to use.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I use Procurify for ordering my lab supplies at Carnegie Science, and it allows us to order lab supplies easily and get approval from various people along the way. I like how fast it is, especially compared to other procurement software I've used. It easily allows multiple levels of permissions, which is really helpful. When I'm ordering supplies, I don't want to type in a bunch of boxes, so I appreciate that Procurify auto-populates based on the product link and my past orders. Additionally, my PI is able to approve or deny orders, which works great. The initial setup was very easy, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Nothing!

I use Procurify to order lab supplies easily and get approval from various people. It auto populates based on product links and past orders, making the process faster. The multiple permission levels and easy approvals enhance efficiency.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like that once I sign in, it directs me to the site I would like to go to and once I have completed my order on the site, it redirects me to Procurify to complete the last steps for my order. It's useful because, in the past, I would create an order form, but Procurify now acts as the middleman. It helps me create a list of the items, takes me to the site, and allows my Supervisor to know the items and approve them without needing to send emails or messages. The site has been user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

In my experience, the only thing I may have struggled with is making sure I label the items correctly. At times it can be challenging putting the things you are ordering under a category.

I use Procurify as the middleman that helps me create a list of items, directs me to the right site, and lets my supervisor know and approve items without extra emails or messages.

Procurify helped us streamline our purchasing process, making it seamless and quick to move requests directly from departments to the procurement office. It cut out many of the extra steps that used to add time and hassle when we were trying to get what we needed.

Not much to add overall. That said, having more available vendor portals would be amazing.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I appreciate Procurify for purchasing items through Amazon using the punch-out method. I also like its role in our college for getting estimates for repairs and purchases like ultrasound machines. One thing I value is the ability to go through the approval process. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and I didn't encounter any challenges.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Sometimes items that were approved in Procurify but later canceled by Amazon still linger on my account. It doesn’t really ruin my experience, but they’ve been sitting there for a long time. There’s no real reason for them to remain, since the order was canceled and a refund was issued through Amazon. Having to go back to the approver to get it cleared out feels like an unnecessary extra step.

I use Procurify for purchasing items through Amazon and getting estimates for repairs and purchases. It streamlines the approval process.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like the simplicity of ordering from different vendors using Procurify. It's quite convenient as I often use Amazon for purchases. I've also used Procurify to create invoices for various things such as field trips and ordering charter buses. Another thing I appreciate is the notification system; once our school orders supplies or inputs invoices and they're approved, Procurify immediately sends a notification. It's been working well for me even though I have limited access to approving orders.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like that Procurify is great for letting me know my orders have been approved or denied. It's also very informative on what is purchased and received, so I can utilize and put items away efficiently. I appreciate the new feature of mandatory putting the need-by date; it really brings attention to the needed date and makes us less likely to run out of crucial items for production. It's a great system tool because before using it I was kind of in the dark on half the items I sent to purchase. Setting up Procurify was pretty easy, and after about a month, we got pretty good at it.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I think having common items frequently ordered being reviewed and put in the system for future orders instead of having to research prices, company, and item codes through the generic item option would be beneficial. Also, I wish the mobile app was as detailed as the desktop version. This area could use a big update to be as equal as the desktop version.

Procurify alerts me about order approvals, keeps me informed about items received, and the mandatory need-by date feature helps prevent stockouts and facilitates better planning.

I really like keeping track of my orders with Procurify. I've been using it for four years, and it's been easy to search and find my previous orders, which allows me to duplicate them and spend less time re-ordering. The initial setup was straightforward even though it was my first time using this kind of platform for purchasing, as I was able to learn it quickly after someone explained it to me once.

I'm not sure if we can put a link on Procurify and have it fill in all details from the link. It may not be working or I might not know how to use it.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like Procurify because I can see orders history and build approval flows with some dependencies and conditions. It's helpful for creating a consistent platform to work with purchase orders and invoices for the IT team, rather than relying on just email loops.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

I don't like the budget planning in Procurify. It splits my budget by quarters, and if in the first quarter I have a lot of yearly renewals, it always calculates budget overusage, which makes this part not actual. Also, the UI needs improvement because I have to scroll to the right to find the 'Approve' button for Purchase Orders.

Account manager support can be challenging to arrange appointments for, and if you are looking for anything non-standard (data imports outside of their parameters) it can be expensive.

We previously never had any tracking or record of outstanding purchase orders. PO numbers were given from a sequential pad of paper and hand written. We had no centralized tracking of these pads of paper, approval workflow, or authorization to issue PO's. In addition, we are able to search the historical data in Procurify when we are trying to find a part, piece, etc., to reorder.

**What do you like best about Procurify?**

I like that I can use Procurify from both my phone and computer, which is really helpful because it's busy where I work, and being able to get to the to-do list is great. I also appreciate the time and efficiency it brings.

**What do you dislike about Procurify?**

Trying to find documents or tracking where the payment is coming from.

**What problems is Procurify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Procurify holds the most recent contracts and shows if invoices are submitted, helping when vendors inquire about payments. I can access it from my phone and computer, which is great for my busy work environment, improving time and efficiency.
