"Great product, Great crew of people, & a promising roadmap"

What do you like best about ProcurePro?

The team. They are knowledgeable about the construction industry and it's needs, are easy to communicate with, and very responsive to addressing the needs of their customers. Promises are delivered on, and honesty is provided if requests cannot be met for an extended period of time - we always know where we stand with ProcurePro.

I hope that doesn't sound like I'm not valuing their product ; it too, is awesome - I've implemented 8 various software suites to a business of approx. 120 employees over the last 7 years, and ProcurePro has had the least amount of questions, the least amount of issues, and the highest engagement of the lot. What do you dislike about ProcurePro?

Some functions such as ability to roll over between tender to subcontract - but the team are aware of this and it is on their roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProcurePro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistency & Document control. We're now seeing a drastic reduction in employees 'using templates from last job' that are out of date, or contain incorrect references. We now have shared knowledge across the team for scoping of trades, and our highest KPIs for executed subcontracts (largely helped through the reporting & visibility that ProcurePro provides to managers and senior managers) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
