What do you like best about Procurement Sciences AI?

The BD Proposal tools of Procurement Sciences AI allows for the development of a trackable outyear pipeline of opportunities, the collection of essential information that enables strategic shaping of those opportunities, and optimizes the workflows and required end strength to generate a compliant, scoreable, and responsive reply to the issued RFP.

Additionally, the Customer Success team offers timely critical care to any and all instances of questions that evolve in learning and using the tools. The CSM team truly enables us to maximize its capability set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procurement Sciences AI?

The absence of an AI agent and tools to optimize the completion of the Financial Volume that goes with all proposals is a the most significant limiting factor.

However, there is a perceived volatility for the endurance of the product due to its being a Venture Capital funded startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Procurement Sciences AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Procurement Sciences AI suite is addressing the manually intensive work that previously limited the number of high-quality proposals our company has been able to produce during our annual operating periods.

Since adopting this AI tool set, our Small Business team has increased our output capacity of fully compliant and compelling proposal responses by 3x. That shift moved us from a maximum capability of 3 captures per year to 9+. In addition, the extendable Knowledge Base artifacts increased our RFI/Sources Sought capacity by 4x in our first year of use. This benefits us by ensuring our capability is being broadcast deeper within our primary service market space while expanding our reputation into vectors of engineering service support that had no knowledge of our exceptional service legacy.
