Every thing is done online and everyone can see everything! The new Quick Capture for Punchlist will be a huge time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Closeout tool is limited, also integration with Sage is not as beneficial as could be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You are absolutely right that Procore can be your one-stop shop for all involved on projects and help keep everyone on the same page.
I can also understand your experience receiving email updates regularly. We would definitely prefer you be over notified than under notified, but you're also correct that our team is working on making email notifications much more customizable!
I was able to find a feature enhancement request regarding concerns with email notifications and I'd be happy to share your feedback on this as well!
